Born into a winemaking family, he is the son of renowned vigneron Vincent Girardin, but launched his own label in 2017 to pursue a more modern, terroir-driven approach.
Girardin focuses on minimal intervention winemaking, emphasizing purity, precision, and the expression of each vineyard site. Despite his relatively young age, he has quickly gained international recognition for both his white and red Burgundy wines.
