Planned wine drops, allocation lists, and pre-orders

Your best buyers want first call on the new vintage. Build a proper allocation list, schedule the release, and let them claim their bottles the moment the drop opens — without an Excel sheet, a chain of emails, or a queue of refund requests when you double-allocate by mistake.

Schedule a drop, announce it once

Add the new wines to your shop and keep them hidden until the launch date. When the date arrives, the bottles go live, your subscribers get an email, and customers can buy or reserve immediately. The same workflow handles a single new cuvée, an en primeur campaign, or a quarterly drop of library bottles.

Limit quantities per buyer, require a subscription to access, or open the drop to everyone after 24 hours — it is up to you. Sold-out bottles stay visible with a clear “sold out” marker so buyers know what they missed.

An allocation list that is yours

Buyers subscribe to your shop with their email. You see every subscriber, can tag them, can invite specific people to private drops, and can revoke access. The list lives with you — not in a third-party CRM you have to re-export from every time you change tools.

Daily or weekly digest emails go out automatically when you add new bottles. Subscribers do not have to remember to check; you do not have to remember to post. Open rates and click-throughs are visible in the dashboard.

Pre-orders and en primeur

List wines that have not been bottled yet with an expected delivery window. Take payment now or capture commitments and bill on release. Each order tracks its own status — reserved, paid, awaiting release, shipped — so you know exactly which allocations are still open when the wine arrives.
